How do I register my LELO product?

  1. Visit www.lelo.com and click the account icon (person outline) at the top right.
  2. Choose Sign in / Create account and enter your details.
  3. Once logged in, select Warranty Registration (or “LELO Warranty”) in your account menu.
  4. Enter your product’s serial number (found on the back of the authenticity card) and your purchase date—be sure to use the receipt you received from Lizzy Bliss.

What’s the difference between the 1‑year warranty and the 10‑year warranty?

1‑Year Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from your purchase date. If a genuine fault appears, LELO will replace your item free of charge, just keep your original receipt and authenticity card.

10‑Year Extended Warranty

Begins when your initial warranty expires. Should your product fail between years 2 and 11, you qualify for a 50 percent discount on a replacement device (limited to one redemption, up to five items per order) at www.lelo.com.
