Key Guidelines:

Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue for immediate resolution.

Warranty Claims: Most toys come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If your toy becomes defective within this period, you can return it for a repair or replacement, subject to the manufacturer's inspection.

Order Changes: You can change your order until it leaves our warehouse. Please do this via email.

Exchanges and Refunds: Due to the personal nature of our products, most items are not exchangeable or refundable for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. We recommend contacting us before purchase if you have any queries.
- Product Exchange for Unopened Items: If you wish to exchange a product that is in transit or has just arrived and remains unopened in its original packaging, you may return it for a credit voucher. Please note a charge for the second delivery will apply.
