It’s crucially important to us that you receive your package as quickly, safely, and discreetly as possible. Whether you choose to shop online or visit us in-store, we’ve designed every part of the experience with care. For our online orders, every package is wrapped tightly and sealed in a box. Please note that we only deliver to locations in South Africa.

In-Store Shopping & Pickup

We now offer in-store shopping and same-day pickup from our boutique location in Pretoria. If you are nearby, you’re welcome to stop by and browse in person — or select “Pick up in store” during checkout for a fast and discreet pickup option. Most orders are ready within an hour.

Delivery

After very thorough (sometimes frustrating) courier testing, we concluded that The Courier Guy is by far the best option to get your parcel to you soonest.

Deliveries take between 1-2 working days.

When Do I Get My Order?

Main Lying Areas: 1 to 2 Working Days
Regional & Outlying Areas can take up to 3 working days (average 2 days), depending on the state of affairs in South Africa. However, the longest any parcel has ever taken to get delivered was three working days. So rest assured your goodies will be delivered to your doorstep quickly.

What If I Order On A Weekend?

If you place an order over the weekend (or after hours), we will process your shipment, and it will be dispatched in the morning of the next business day.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a notification email from Lizzy Bliss as soon as your order has been dispatched. Included in that email will be a tracking number and tracking link for your package. You can simply click the link to track your order with Courier Guy.

What If I Missed The Delivery?

In case the courier company can’t reach you at your specified address or contact number they will deliver the package on the next delivery run the following day. They will repeat this twice, and if still unsuccessful the package will be returned to the courier head office, where the head office will try to connect with you. At this point, Lizzy Bliss will have been notified, and we would also step in to make sure your goodies are delivered.

Discreet Delivery

We have an entire page dedicated to Discreet Packaging & Delivery because we value your discretion and understand the importance of keeping your packages private.

There is no reference to the type of products or the nature of your shopping listed anywhere. We don't include an invoice in your package; instead, we email this to you separately. It's like it never happened.

If you want anyone to know about the awesome new toys you bought from Lizzy Bliss, you'll have to tell them yourself. Or have a little show and tell if you like, but it's up to you.
